We provide responsive, quality support for our customers via an annual support plan. Our support team is 100% US-based.
Support is available via email and phone during our normal support hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm Central time (except for US Federal holidays)
Support is also available via our web-based Support Center where you can get product information or submit a support request which will be followed up during normal support hours.
We stand behind our products with a software maintenance plan that can be renewed annually.
We typically release new versions of our products 2-3 times per year, with service packs made available as necessary to address critical customer issues.
Customers covered under software maintenance plans have access to new releases and to customer technical support.
