Quick definition: The Cost/Schedule Status Report (C/SSR) is an obsolete, simplified EVM report format once used to provide basic cost and schedule status on smaller government contracts.
The C/SSR provided cumulative-to-date and at-completion data by WBS element, similar to Format 1 of today's Integrated Program Management Report, but with less detail. It was designed for contracts too small to justify a full Contract Performance Report.
