Quick definition: The Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) is a set of standardized reports required on many U.S. government contracts with a formal Earned Value Management requirement. Note: The IPMR has effectively been superseded by the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR).

The IPMR comprises seven formats: Format 1, Work Breakdown Structure; Format 2, Organizational Categories; Format 3, Baseline; Format 4, Staffing; Format 5, Explanations and Problem Analyses; Format 6, Integrated Master Schedule; and Format 7, Electronic History and Forecast File. Together they give the government a consistent, contract-wide view of project status rather than relying on each contractor's own ad hoc reporting. On many newer contracts the IPMR has been superseded by the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR).
